Both classes provide senior citizen exercises; promote health to second and third grades, and baby-sitting classes. Students have a practicum option as well. They may choose to volunteer at health facilities outside of the classroom.
The med tech class recently received a $3,000 grant, and with that money they will be trying to promote more CPR classes. Steele will be getting a little insight of this class near the end of March.
