Please help identify this poor, lost woman left wandering around the office the last day of finals.

Rumor has it that she's authorized to be in the office, something about a doctor's note, legitimate dilation of pupils, prescription, lights off in workplace, strange 3-D glasses in lighted areas, and other related gibberish, although her best friend in technology maintains she's in a witness-protection program.
