The Fourth Kind
This movie takes place in Nome, Alaska. It is about how people start mysteriously disappearing without any type of explanation. Dr. Abigail Tyler starts to do research on this topic and comes to believe that it has come from a non-human source. Only when she starts experiencing these symptoms herself does her research start to become a whole new ordeal. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE MOVIE TO BE RUINED PLEASE DO NOT READ ON. I believe it is important to say that when I first saw this movie, I believed every word. It has real footage of what actually happened in Nome… or so I believed. After further research, I found from multiple sources that the real footage was not actually real. I would still recommend going to see the movie, because it was very well made.
Couples Retreat
On the verge of getting a divorce, Cynthia and Jason take a vacation to a therapy retreat with friends. They end up going through a series of funny events. This movie was surprisingly very funny. I would recommend anyone who is in for a good laugh to go and see it.
Where the Wild Things Are
Based on the classic children’s book about a boy who feels misunderstood and runs away from home. From here he runs to an imaginary world where anything is impossible. This is when he finds out the importance in life. Even though this is a children’s movie, I strongly recommend it to anyone who has a good imagination.
Paranormal Activity
This is about a young couple moving into their first house. The wife has been haunted by a demon her whole life. The husband tries to help her find the demon but they might just be in over their heads. This movie feels very real and is very scary. My advice is... watch at your own risk, but it is a very well made movie.
Micheal Jackson’s: This is It
This particular movie is a documentary of the late Micheal Jackson’s last tour. It has behind the scene footage and about 80 hours of rehearsal. It also has interviews with close friends and family. In my opinion, if you are a true Micheal Jackson fan, then this is definitely the movie for you. If you enjoy a well made documentary, then this is also the movie for you.
