Tegan and Sara Quin are Canadian twin sisters in an Indie Pop/Indie Rock group that are set to release their newest and sixth album, Sainthood, on Oct. 27, 2009.

The single, “Hell,” has already gotten people raving and extremely excited.

Tegan and Sara were inspired to write all of their new songs on the album by sitting alone together in a room and challenging themselves to write and write until they had an actual collection.

Their last album, The Con, released in 2007 and garnered great reviews, making headlines for the exquisite lyrics and beats.

It’s been about two and a half years since they have released something new, but there is no doubt that it’s definitely going to be a worthwhile album.
