Though there are many clubs at Dickinson High, there is only one that relates to the medical field: Medical Explorers.

"Medical exploreres is an opportunity for young men and women to gain experience and exposure to various healthcare related fields," said Mrs. Lisa Dolezal, who teaches Medical Terminology and Health Careers I at DHS.
 
People who would especially benefit from joining this particular club would be anyone who is even slightly interested in any form of health related careers. Jess Pachl and Laura Dolezal are just two of the many students in Medical Explorers.

"I joined because I have always been interested in the medical field," stated Dolezal. "I am bouncing back and forth a lot between professions but they are all health related."

Jess Pachl also joined to learn more about the medical field.

"Medical Explorers is a great group activity that teaches us about many different careers." she said. "You find out if the job is something you might want to do the rest of your life."

The Medical Explorers meet the first Sunday of every month at 6 pm in the St. Joseph's Hospital auditorium.
